hmmm, this post shall be long. ok, someone posed a question "how do we judge people?", he think the answer is by their virtues,i think that is correct, but how do we know their virtues? we know them by their actions, or so we thought, but ones perspective of another is so limited, we do not monitor others 24/7, they may behave completely different when we are not looking or around. we can never say for sure that "this is what he will do" we will just never know. even if we are like control freaks and spy on people 24/7 and thus be able to see all their actions, we do not know the motives behind their actions. for example, we see one guy giving up his seat for an old lady, he may do it entirely out of goodwill, or he may do that unwillingly because someone glared at him, or he may do it because his teacher is around. you see what i mean? we can never know the true motives of an action. of course, some may say that the motive is not important, as long as the action is done, it is good. but under the same circumstances, the guy with the first motive will do it no matter what, the second motive will not do it and neither will the third. so they motive does matter. ok, my conclusion, we will never know the true virtues of people, and we can never judge them accurately. so we should not even judge people. who are we to decide that our fellow humans are flawed, when we are equally flawed? who are we to judge their mistakes, when the same mistakes have been repeated by us? who are we to determine their personalities, when our own personalities are just the same? i believe that we are not to judge, but observe others flaws and remind ourselves and others not to commit them again (in vain most of the times). only God will and can judge when the time comes, only He is capable of judging as He is much more perfect then us mortals.
ok, now about camp. well, bad lah, but nevermind, we live and learn and improve upon our mistakes. GO B58! yay!
oh yeah, death note is awesome!
